To keep things safe, clear and enjoyable for everyone, the following terms apply to all our tours.

Participation

Participation in our tours is always at your own risk.
You are responsible for your own behaviour, safety, and assessing your personal abilities.

Liability

We guide all our tours with care and attention, but Viva Eularia Tours cannot be held liable for any injury, damage or loss during the activity, unless there is proven gross negligence.

By joining a tour, you confirm that you participate voluntarily and are aware of the possible risks involved.

Behaviour & Safety

For everyone’s safety:

• Participation under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other substances is not allowed
• We reserve the right to refuse or stop participation in case of unsafe behaviour or not following instructions
• In such cases, no refund will be given

Equipment & Damage

Participants are expected to handle all equipment provided (such as bikes and accessories) with care.

In case of damage, loss or misuse due to negligence, costs may be charged.

‍

Insurance

Viva Eularia Tours has a business liability insurance.
This does not cover personal accident insurance for participants.

We strongly recommend having your own travel and/or accident insurance.

‍

Photos & Videos

During our tours, photos and videos may be taken.
Unless you inform us otherwise in advance, we may use this material for promotional purposes.

Guide Instructions

Participants must follow the instructions of the guide at all times.

‍

Applicable Law

All bookings and participation are subject to Spanish law.
Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the court in Ibiza.

Cancellation & Changes

Cancellation or rescheduling is possible up to the time indicated per tour, depending on availability. We are always happy to think along with you.

Cancellations within this period or no-shows will be charged in full.

Changes or Cancellation by Viva Eularia Tours

We reserve the right to modify or cancel a tour due to weather conditions, safety reasons or insufficient participants.

In such cases, a suitable alternative or full refund will be offered.

‍

Minimum Participants

Some tours require a minimum number of participants.

If this number is not reached, we will contact you in advance to offer an alternative or a refund.

‍

Arrival

Please arrive on time at the agreed meeting point.

If you are late, the tour may start without you, and no refund will be given.

‍

Fatbike Tours

• Minimum age: 14 years
• Minimum height: 160 cm
• Children up to 7 years old (max. 25 kg) can join in a certified child seat, depending on availability
• According to Spanish law, children are not allowed to ride on the back of a bicycle

Cancellation: free up to 24 hours before

e-MTB Tours

• Recommended (minimum) age: 14 years
• This is due to both bike sizing and the physical level required
• Not sure or someone younger? Feel free to reach out, we’re happy to think along with you

Cancellation: free up to 72 hours before

‍

Hikes

• A basic level of fitness is required
• Wear closed shoes with good grip
• Be aware of heat, terrain and natural conditions
• Bring enough water and sun protection

Cancellation: free up to 24 hours before

Food Tours (Wine & Dine & Food Tour)

• Please inform us of allergies or dietary requirements in advance
• Viva Eularia Tours is not liable for allergic reactions or food-related issues
• Alcoholic drinks are only served to participants aged 18 and over
• Behaviour in restaurants should be respectful and appropriate

Cancellation: free up to 48 hours before
